Our total production area is 22835.76 square meter, and our warehouse area is 2000 square meter. Meanwhile, we have been focusing on the improvement of manufacturing process and new chemical formula since always. That's the reason why we are capable of supplying higher grade of EVA foam materials with reasonable price and keeping high quality.

Cha Yau has 3 production lines, 9 foaming machine, 7 cutting machine and 2 packaging line. we can meet various customers' needs. Apart from a number of cutters and equipment, we invested in the splitting machines with conveyor system and the up to date printing machine. The precise splitting and painting process enable us to deliver high quality goods as your order. Meanwhile, we'll also modify the equipment by ourselves to seeking for top efficiency and the best quality!
Shipment
Regarding Loading the goods onto containers, our broad area can support the loading of 8 x 45 HQ containers at the same time. The maximum quantity of containers We are able to ship per month is 150 40HC.
