Company History
We are an experienced EVA foam producer.
Our president, Kao Yong Hsin, started to make rubber materials of shoes in 1969. That’s a special period in Taiwan that every industry has its glory generation. His brothers and he founded HT Chemical and started to do rubber and plastic waste recycling. However, Mr. Kao considered the new technology and the future of shoes. He decided to research and develop to make EVA materials of shoes. Then, in 1992, HT chemical transform to specialize in making rubber material company. Therefore, Mr. Kao founded SYS Ent Co., Ltd. to make high quality and variety EVA products. SYS not only make shoe material, but also EVA foaming mats.
In order to provide higher quality and more capacity to our customer, Mr. Kao chose Chang Hua Coastal Industrial Park as his base. He set up a whole new company named Cha Yau, with new foaming, cutting and slicing machines. Cha Yau was established in 1996. Until now, Cha Yau is the world’s largest manufacturer of quality EVA foam products. We could make 360,000 pcs EVA foam mats/ Day (30cm x 30 cm) and ship 150 40 HQ containers/month. Cha Yau, the name of quality and innovation of EVA foaming will still stand in the front of EVA industry in the world.
Prospect
The goal of Cha Yau is to constantly be improving and innovating.
With the large amount of investment in EVA foam production, we have the largest production lines and further integrate the printing process with the production.
However, we still focus on the improvement of manufacturing process and update the chemical formula for competitive price.
Trying to create and innovate a new definition of EVA Foaming.
